Thank you for visiting my blog. While I have many passions such as friends, golf, kayaking, photography, bicycling,  etc., my greatest passion is God and His great love. The purpose of this blog is to help me share my greatest passion. I hope my ministry centers around this point;

“The sacrifice of Christ as an atonement for sin is the great truth around which all other truths cluster. In order to be rightly understood and appreciated, every truth in the Word of God, from Genesis to Revelation, must be studied in the light that streams from the cross of Calvary. I present before you the great, grand monument of mercy and regeneration, salvation and redemption–the Son of God uplifted on the cross. This is to be the foundation of every discourse given by our ministers.–Gospel Workers, p. 315.

I have designed a set of Bible study guides, called “In Light of The Cross Study Guides” hoping to help people see the love of God in every Bible teaching. These study guides are also available in Spanish. I am always available at william.earnhardt@floridaconference.com.

I know many people have questions as they study the Word of God, so I have also designed a webpage attempting to make some hard passages easy to understand.

  3. Dear Pastor Earnhardt, Enjoy reading your letters and commentary. I am a new reader of yours, as well as doing a lot of my Sabbath school lesson studying from Biblegateway.com. Can look up more scripture faster and understand it also. God bless you in all that you do!

    I’ m so bless and happy to discover your blog. Your ministry in the net work is greatly beneficial to many people includin me. I have read your articles in the “Light of the cross” and have been revive and strengthened to continue to trust and rely entirely on God our Heavenly and Jesus our brother and loving savior. I especially love your study guide “In the Light of the cross” power point which I down loaded all for personal study and witnessing.

    I sincerely believe God will continuely bless you in your ministry and may HE continuely prolong your health to serve HIM.

    May God bless you for your dedicated service as the lay pastor, and because of your work, Glory be to the Almighty. I am indeed delighted to have encountered this site and indeed nothing thrills my soul like the word of God. I can’t afford to keep it to myself; I shall surely have to share this among my friends as we all keep mining the Bible for the search of the hidden treasure and truth therein. Mungu aibariki kazi ya mikono yako (Swahili phrase meaning GOD BLESS THE WORKS OF YOU HAND).

  7. Dear Sir , i read your articles in the Sabbath School lesson online . this week i heard you mentioned a sermon you heard preached by a female Methodist preacher, it sounded so intriguing . Is there any chance that a copy there of can be posted or is there a way that i can contact that Church to receive ( purchase ) a copy of that sermon ?

  8. I miss you and our times together William. I am praying and looking forward to living God’s will for me because I always love ministering and talking with people about the wonders of His love. I hope to be a pastor like you and reach so many so we can all be with each other in heaven someday the way God intended his family to be.

  9. My friend and pastor it’s been a long while since we last talked but I just wanted to let you know that I am doing great and am glad to see that you are too. I last wrote you a couple of months ago to tell you how much of an inspiration you were to me and that I too myself am seeking a walk with God as a minister but I am going to let God guide me in his time his way. Let God!!! Well I’m doing great with a new Job in sales $10+/hr here in wonderful Clearwater Beach and attend a few different churches twice a week. My friends have always been inviting me and the people are wonderful. I miss you my friend and hope to hear from you soon.

  10. Thank you for your website there are powerful teachings. We are in need free literature eg Bibles in our local language,English Bibles and books.
